What similarities can be seen in the ALIGNMENT of the EQUINOXES on the CELESTIAL SPHERE and the development of LUNAR ECLIPSES?

    None.

    Its the moon's orbit crossing the ecliptic that allows lunar eclipses to occur. These points of crossing (called nodes) can occur any time of the year, they are not connected to the Earth's tilt (which is what causes the equinoxes).
