how can i change the text color on my myspace?

i used this code <font color="COLOR YOU WANT"> COLOR </font> to change the about me color but its still white help me plz?

can someone help me find it within my profile code?

i know how to use the code just i want it to work were would i be able to find this color blocker or whatever its called in the code

    well its probably because of your background it depends cause sometime if you have a certain background it wont let you change the color of your text
