How bout make her a basket with stuff she likes in it (take a look at the buck retailer for baskets, candles, knick knacks and such) you would positioned three tiny plane bottles of a few liquor in it. I have no idea if they have things like this where you live but one thing I got my bf for his birthday was a voucher for a day's tuition at a local track to learn how to rally drive. I went with him and watched and he even won a medal! We both had a great day and he said it was a great present! How about one of those "experience" vouchers!
