Xbox help not the 360 the first one?
ok heres the problem i used it yesterday then today in the morning it went red and the xbox screen loaded but the microsoft under it didnt show then it said call customer support is there any way i can fix it myself

when you say it red, i'm assuming you mean the ring around the power on button. sorry to say, but you're xbox is pretty much fried. this happened to my xbox about a year ago after i had it for about 5 or 6 years. there's really no way to fix it. however, the memory may be intact because i think the red light means the cpu inside is fried. maybe you could get someone to save the memory for you and then buy a refurbished xbox or just go 360. i did and i love my 360 to death. good luck!
