I'm not really sure i know your answer but i think one will have to go back to possibly the earlier days of boxing but Joe Louis comes to mind and a Fighter i trained in the same gym with Zora Foley is another but learning the answer will be interesting.

This is a hard question to answer and I really don't know the answer, so I will guess that it's one of these three men as they always seemed to be in the rankings.
