Can anyone recommend a really nice restaurant in Nottingham?

I want to treat my partner to a special meal.

Update:

I think if I took her to Mac Donalds - she'd be my ex girlfriend!

    I am really fond of both Harts in the centre of town, and also Restaurant Sat Bains on the outskirts.

    If you like Malaysian food your best bet is George Town @ The Colwick Hall Hotel. Food is immense!!!

    Tamatanga (if you like Indian) << the service is great

    Strada (if you like Italian)<< the wine is wonderful

    Both are located at the Cornerhouse.
