Huntintons Disease Test?

Do you know of anypllace close to Indiana that would administer the test free to prove that you have huntintons disease. My friend has it and she is trying to get medicaid assistance to help with her disease but the welrare dept said she has to prove that she has the disease before she can qualify. She called to get the test and it is very expensive. She is in need of help thank you
