Is anyone planning on attending the Boxing Hall of Fame Induction Weekend in June? LENNOX LEWIS is going in.?

id love to but i cant. i have to travel a thousand limes just to get there.

with respect to whether lennox is going in, he is a sure first ballot. i think he has accomplished a lot to merit a first ballot on his first year of eligibility.

I am heading out with my dad. We wanted to try to squeeze in the Baseball Hall of fame at some point too. Any suggestions on where to stay? Looks like everything in Canastota is full. I was thinking of staying half way between the two halls...somewhere like Utica.

If we get there on Friday afternoon will we have missed a bunch of things? What are the best things to attend?

I would love to go to the induction, I remember your show on boxing's greatest chins and you were talking about your experiences with Carmen Basilio at Canastota, classic story, hopefully I'll see you there one day.

Depends on my work schedule as to whether I attend or not, I always want to, but circumstances being what they are work and supporting your family take precedence over such events. I make as many of them as I can, and if it works out that I can attend, I will. Unfortunately I never get to as many as I would like.
