Right im due for an eye test but my mum wont take me for one?

I was wondering in the uk could i go to the eye clinic get the forms take them home to mum fill them in take them back and get my test done ? Can i do that thanks

    Unfortunately no, legally an adult must be present during your sight test and the forms need to be signed before you test. You need to tell your mum how important it is for you to get your eyes checked. Is there another guardian that could take you instead? maybe one of your grandparents?
