I would defiantly go with target it has physicians formula and its very healthy to your skin with a natural appearance and that right amount of glitter that can help with that glow =] that's what i use and it's perfect

Apply a basic mineral powder foundation then add highlighter on your nose, cheekbones, forhead, and chin. Many highlighters have shimmer and give you a dewy glow.
