Some ways to loose weight any special ways?
I am almost 12 (13 next month YaY) and I am like 135 lbs. and 5'2" tall. I want to loose some pounds for my prom that will be in April/May(not a for sure date yet and I am in 7th grade). I have just recently started doing exercises(50 sit ups, and hold for a minute like a push up, 50 knee bring ups to waist). I want to eat healthy but I don't know where to start. I also want to know what kind of exercises are good to do. I need something that will work very quickly. So tips, tricks. What exercises and healthy food I should eat?

(p.s. please do not say that they should not hold a prom for us I just need some help eating healthy and doing some exercises)

sit ups and push ups are a very good idea, try not to eat any sweets and make sure to eat many vegetables. going running will make you lose weight as well as make you healthier and improve your appearance

If you were an adult, I'd say "eat less meat," but you're not.
My recommendation for you is: don't try to lose weight now. You might be growing a few more inches.
