It is already bothering me. I went to NYC with some of my students for a dance workshop, and on the train all 4 of them were texting. I told them to put them away!! What do I have to do? text them just to talk to them?? it's ridiculous!!
Don't get me wrong, I also text and think its a great think, but theres a time and place for it.
I hope it won't replace human contact in the future - but it has def. made an impact!

Oh man i try to think about the future a less as possibal cause i have this crazy fear of getting old and om only 16. Im also scared that something bad might happen like ill fail a clase of someone close to me will die or i might not get a good job when im older cause i cant decide what i want to do. Sorry i when deeper than i intended to lol, im just the type that worries about everything

To be honest with you, I don't think about the future too much (at least not the far future)
If there is ever a time that we no longer need human interaction I will be dead by then so why worry about it?
You will miss out on too many things spending your time worrying

Maybe we have a chance, but I can't be positive. Sure, we need human interaction, but some others are fine behind a computer all the time. Not sure who, can't give examples, you know? But still...that's my guess...

I'm scared that people will get over weight and not interact with others from sitting at home playing live games on line and other online related things

I've always been scared of what the future holds. I'm afraid of the world collapsing while I'm alive or the shortage of water, more violence, war, economy crashing,zombies, growing old, being ugly and the biggest fear I have is dying and death.
Where do we go when we die it totally freaks me out.

No, we need to trust our generation and have faith in mankind. People are saying everyone will be overweight and talking only through technology well, we just have to hope that everyone won t be nearly dead through starvation or not talking at all, due to world war three.

In the future cell phones and pda's will be issued at birth. Think that sounds far fetched? I don't.
