Scammed on Ebay, I need help getting my money back quick?

i ordered a pair of jordans on ebay from this guy and i paid. Now ebay says that he has been kicked off of ebay and his item was also kicked off of ebay. He has my money, how do i get my money back quick?? please help!!!

If you used PayPal file a claim while also contacting your local law enforcement office.  They will in tern contact his local law enforcement office and it will be taken care of from there.  The FBI is also an option.

If you paid by pay-pal contact them.  If by Credit card talk to them.  Also report it to Ebay that you paid and never got the item.  If it was over $25 you can get the amount over the $25 back.  Not any shipping tho.  It is slow and takes lots of work.

call them/mIRC them. Talk to them.. not us. If you wait too long, by trying to find out an answer here.. it may be too late. If ebay does not do anything and you really want to fight it out... call your lawyer. The second you pay for something... the Item that you paid for becomes yours. The legal Definition for theft is depriving someone of their property.. which in this case is your shoes. If anything.. you can get the guys info through your attorney and press charges.

If you paid by PayPal, file a dispute with PayPal. If not, file a claim with eBay. Or if you used a credit card, contact your card company.

e-mail ebay and tell them the story. say this is serious and you want your money back or your gona contact the authorities. its stealing pretty much.

go to loal police and tell them the story and ask them for help they will tell you exactlly what to do
