I am using Epson Stylus DX4000 Printer. It's not printing black texts. How can I rectify this?
After 2 years yesterday it suddenly stopped printing black texts. I am able to print text files in other colors but black is not working. (It prints black lines not the letters) The cartridge has sufficient black ink. Then I have reinstalled my computer but the result is same.

Hi Rose Very sorry how I wish to answer to yr Q & A I have no knowledge about this area as I'm not a computer programmer. May be you may try asking Epson customer service support team hope that they are able to provide the above mentioned problems. Champagne ;(
