    Hey, 80'S MAN!

Though I'm sure I've heard Marillion and April Wine at some point in my life, nothing is ringing a bell by them. I liked Saga...that song "On the Loose" rocked.

So my completely uneducated opinion would be Saga.

Marillion - Incommunicado, saw this band at the Ritz in NYC back in the day, Fish is a great singer...

April Wine - Sign of the Gypsy Queen

Saga - what was that tune?... On the loose

Donnie Iris - Aliyah, great tune.

    I never followed Saga.

April Wine I know for their cover of "21st Century Schizoid Man."

As for Marillion, I know most fans prefer the Fish era, but my favorite album is with Steve Hogarth -- "Brave." That's a great, dramatic concept album, packed with a rollercoaster of emotions and beautifully played music. I also know Pete Trewavas from his work with Transatlantic -- he's a really good bass player.

So of the three, Marillion is definitely my favorite.
