Where do I go complain to about UPS rescheduling?
Okay, my package was suppose to be delivered today @ 10:30-10:40 am on the schedule where I live at but UPS rescheduled it to 02/23/09. WTF man! I paid for UPS 3 days guaranteed. So Where do I go complain to? Newegg or UPS?

so whose fault was it? UPS or Newegg?
(I made my order 02/17/09, tuesday morning)
My other 7+ order from newegg 3day UPS came in the 3rd day after the night of ordering.

3 day shipping does not include the day it leaves the shipper and it does not include weekend days. so if this left the shipper on Wednesday you don't get it until Monday. so before you complain to UPS you need to find out when the shipper turned it over to UPS. If it was shipped on Tuesday and expected to arrive to today you need to take into account that weather delays are not unusual at this time of the year and no amount of complaining will help.

When does it show that Newegg shipped it? It could be that they didn't ship the product when they were supposed to. If they did ship it on time, then complain to UPS because they could be just dragging their feet.
