I could cope.
Actually, last week I was in a bar and a couple came in and I could see that there was something not quite right with the woman but I could tell she wasn't drunk. The idiot refused to serve her as she thought she;d had too much. The woman left in tears and her partner was furious. It turned out the woman had Huntington's Chorea.

Ok I have a couple of friends whose parents have Parkinson's. There are many people out there with illnesses that have visible signs we shouldn't feel afraid. We should treat them as you would treat anyone, with respect.

I wouldn't be frightened, I would just feel really sad like I always do when I see people suffering.

I work with sick people day in and day out. It wouldn't bother me at all. They are human, and they probably need help more than anyone one of us.

Absolutely fine. I'm very sad and insensitive and would probably laugh. I know this sounds completely horrible, and please don't start thumbing me down for it. I'm just speaking my mind.
