How do I get to my adobe flash player if it isn't on the add/remove program list but says it was installed?

it says i may have to enable java script but I am usnsure how to do that also....

    Flash player is not a program, it should be installed in IE or Firefox.

    Go to search and type it in and you should see it there,

    then copy and paste a short cut to your desktop.
