can cavities 'grow' even if you brush 2-3 times a day with anti cavity toothpaste?
my friend told me she had a cavity that was so small, that she didnt even know it was there, and that you had too look so closely in the mirros to notice it. she just wants to kno if the cavity will stay the same size or even go away if she uses toothpaste that help protect against cavities.............thanks.

Yes.
Cavities rarely if ever just "go away". But really small ones don't need to be filled in right away.
There are tooth pastes that actually put enamel on teeth (I think there used to be one called "enamelon" that could in theory cure a cavity, but in general they always grow over time.
It may be years before it needs a filling though. Best to go to a good dentist and follow their recommendations.
