Can i eventually go blind??..?
When i was in second grade i started wearing glasses to see the board, and the eye doctor also told me I have a "wandering eye". Because when he put his finger to my nose so my eyes would cross, one went to the center n the other one took off the other way lol.
Anyways, Now I'm 18 and my glasses power is -6.00 and -5.00.
My contacts one is -5.75 and -4.75.
I was just curious if my eyes will continue to get worse? I already, pretty much can't see anything but blobs and colors when i don't have anything on.
Any answers?

Your prescription may continue to worsen until you are in your 30's. This has nothing to do with blindness however, blindness is when you can't see with your glasses.

I am going to pray to God that you will not go blind. For nothing is impossible for Him. My wife is also having troubles as yours but we keep on praying that she would go blind. She had been wearing eye glasses since she was in high school. Every year we have to change her eye glasses. But her last since 1999 had not been changed. Her glasses power had not gone up. We thanked God for this. Her eye vision is steady now.

If you don't want to go blind you should try wearing glasses/contacts that are slightly below your actual prescription- your eyes will improve as its forces the eyes to bring into focus a slightly blurry image.
