Help me please........?

I need to find somebody. I know his age, name, and I know his is in the navy. I used to have his number but accidentally deleted it and my cell phone company won't go back more than 6 months.

There are millions of people finders but none of them have worked. They can't even find my name if I put the town and state!

Do you have any ideas?

Update:

Comes back to where? He was only stationed near my town. He doesn't really have a hometown. I keep kicking myself for deleting his number.
