Disclaimer Message for Photographs...?

I once saw a website that had picture copied from various sources and the disclaimer said "These pictures were copied from various sources and its not my work. If you think you are the owner of the pictures and want them removed from the website..please email me".

Well, something like this message.

What is the best similar message that I can use to put pictures on my blog that I have copied from various sources ?

Please help. Thanks in advance.

Update:

Dear gogs1021,

How come I cant reply to your message? Or Am I looking at the wrong place to reply ?

Not the "All rights reserved" message...the website I saw had used pictures from different website..perhaps flicker photos which didnt belong to the person who did the website. So he put a message that he didnt take the pictures and he had left a message that the owner could mail him if he/she wanted the picture to be removed.

Also, please teach me to reply to message.

Thanks for your quick reply.

The message you have created for this posting would be fine. It doesn't have to be in formal legalese. It's simply a courtesy message so any wording you like that conveys this point would be fine.

Having said that, just because you use this sort of message on your site does not mean you are therefore immune to any copyright violations. Don't assume the inclusion of a message gives you free reign to use anything any time. It is a polite gesture though to state that you are prepared to recognize the original artist and will abide by their wishes on the use if their art.

That message does not cover your butt legally should someone decide to sue you for stealing their copyrighted images. (Even though you have nice taste in music)

All rights reserved? or the message you saw...
