and have gallbladder out, what could be wrong with me?

i had my gallbladder removed and still had pain. the dr had to put me on a pill called ranitidine, that made the pain go away. it is an over the counter medicine, but they keep it behind the counter. and also even though your gallbladder was removed, you may still have stones. sometimes the doctor must go in endoscopically to see if there is still stones.
