Has any one heard of express paid surveys? Are they for real ?

I was looking for a Home based job and came across Express Paid Surveys, it is about $35 for a year membership and they pay through Pay Pal. Has any one out there worked for them ?

    The only real paid surveys that you can actually earn money from are the ones that are free and don't pay you very much. You can earn maybe $300 a year if you sign up for a bunch. There is no way to earn a living from paid surveys, but you can make a little extra cash.
