Usually by next business day, but you should allow 2 business days if you do it to late during the day. Sometimes the cutoff time is 2 PM, but that may depend upon time zones.

Transfer between accounts at the same bank may happen quicker. Or in some cases an account being transferred from or to for the first time might be longer.

It does depend. If it is a transfer from your account to the IRS, that happens instantaneously. Other transfers are much slower.

it is NOT automatic YOU have to go the paypal website and Transfer the money from your bank acccount to the paypal account thats why paypal tells you zero because the money you depoisted is still in your bank account then it takes about 3 days for the transfer to go though
