I wanted to publish an article in The Hindu / Indian Express / TOI. But they all regret. Could anyone who can help me for publish my article.

Not only Times of India, for any news paper, you can send your Article duly signed as your original work with your Address,by Post or hand delivery to the Editor of that Paper. They will read and edit if needed and publish the same if he thinks fit..

u can sent it through e-mail.but before that talk to some senior editor about the procedure if u wanna freelance or wanna make sure that it gets published timely because people get paid for articles

On each issue they give us the address and you may post that article or find out their email address and send the article. If found suitable they may publish the same.

If you want ur article to get publish , firstly u should not be specific about any newspaper(like toi) if it get published in any other newspaper then also its good.....you may try to approch the Editor
