not able to install yahoo messenger in my system,?

It could be several problems. Yahoo is having a lot of problems and it is affecting a lot of people in different ways. If you are using IM9 it has a lot of bugs. I downloaded IM8 because IM9 had so many problems.

probably your internet explorer or dowload manager is corrupt

uninstall all existing yahoo messenger from your pc

delete shortcut on desktop

download new browser - mozilla firefox (free)

download new download manager - downthemall ( free )

restart computer

go to website and download messenger
