I think it'd probably be pretty difficult to find a place to download the "official" laugh of Bryan for a ring tone... but what I would do is find it somewhere else... say on Youtube (see an example in the sources below)... then record it... and then transfer the audio file to your cell phone. That'd be your best bet.
