How old is he? You know, the guy that has/had his own show, and was in movies like Waiting...? People have said he's 14 then others say he's 33. Which is it?
And if he's really 33, why the hell does he look so young?

Andy Milonakis is is 33 years old but he has a congenital growth-hormone condition that gives him the appearance and voice of a
preadolescence boy.

Yes, He is 33 and he looks so young because there is a disease which lets you stop growing.
