windows vista not converting on request?
o/h bought laptop vista with microsoft office.
60 day trial over so want to convert to full program.
keep typing in 25 digit product key as instructed - the one on the bottom of the laptop - but it keeps saying incorrect product key. Is he looking in wrong place?

you need to purchase that program..the 25 digit number that he is trying to enter is the keycode for the windows that is installed on his pc...cheers
