What does it mean when voicemail automatically picks up when you call a cellphone?

Means a few things;

1, The phone is turned off.

2, He is on the phone

3, Signal coverage.

4, He is forwarding your call's to voicemail

Sounds like he is forwarding your call, it's a way for someone to avoid a situation that they don't want to speak about. If he wants time to think about stuff then let have him that time and space. Stop ringing him and go out with your friends. If he is serious about you then he will ring in due time.

If you do keep ringing him or texting him, he might feel trapped or stalked (the male mind) and might never return that call

sometime my iPhone with finished antenna would not ring and contact is going to reply to device. And yet another subject happens too. I actually have a decision waiting and if somebody telephones me i'm able to change in spite of the undeniable fact that if somebody telephones me whilst my telephone is dialing the kind, call waiting would not help and whoever telephones me is being redirected to a voice mail.

It means the guy is:

1.The phone is turned off

2.The guy is busy

3.He turn on the voice mail

k well it means that they were sending/receiving a text they phone is off or there phone is forward to voice mall or they are on a call and have there phone set to go to voice mall wen on a call hope i answered your question =) or they have no service

their phones off, they declined your call (highly unlikely because usually it still rings at least once), or oftentimes they're in the process of sending a message, receiving or transmitting a call, just as you are calling

It means their phone is turned off.
