in yu-gi-oh is there any way i can summon blue eyes ultimate dragon without 3 blue eyes white dragons?

i will tell you an easy way to summon the ultimate dragon

first sacrifice 2 monsters to summon the first blue eyes if you have lord of dragons on the field activate the magic card flute of summoning dragons this card will let you summon up to 2 dragon type monsters that are in your hand in this case the other two blue eyes once that is done activate the magic card polymerization and there you have it the blue eyes ultimate dragon

My favourite way of diong it is with "The Light - Hex Sealed Fusion"

DEF: 1600

You can substitute this card for any 1 Fusion Material Monster. The other Fusion Material Monster(s) must be the correct one(s). By Tributing Fusion Material Monsters on the field, including this card, Special Summon 1 LIGHT Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck.

This basically lets you tribute 2 BEWD on the feild and the Light Hex to summon BEUD. Another useful card is "King of the Swamp."

DEF: 1100

You can substitute this card for any 1 Fusion Material Monster. When you do this, the other Fusion Material Monster(s) must be the correct one(s). Discard this card from your hand to the Graveyard to add a Polymerization from your Deck to your hand. The Deck is then shuffled.

This can substitute for a BEWD or give you the Polymerisation to fuse.

If you mean by not actually summoning them, you could also try dumping the 3 Blue-eyes to the Graveyard then activating Dragon's Mirror.

It's any fusion material, I think... King of the Swamp or something else. Or you could use Summoner of Illusions or Cyber Stein...
