HELP!! Need a special romantic night for wife?!! ANy ideas?

Hi, i want to take my wife for a romatic night in denver, does anyone have any ideas of where we could go?? A great mexican or italien restraunt, a good bar/restaurant, a cool place to go like a theater or a show or something similar.? Does denver have like theaters where you can see a live orchestra or comedy show?? Plz let me know of any ideas/ Thanks ALOT
