That's an instrumental. Only songs have singing.

I don't know where to start with recommendations! There's a lot of jazz and classical music that would be perfect for chilling out after a hard day. Maybe try asking at those forums ... I mean, I know plenty of rock instrumentals, but most of them are pretty upbeat and not necessarily relaxing.
