i am a 7th grader. im 13. how fast should my 100meter sprint be.?

k i well im 13 and in 7th grade

and im gna try out for track.

im fast. in about how many seconds

should i run the 100meter race.?

im a guy. the world record

in the olympics is like 9.75 seconds or something like that.

    u should be around 13 sec if you want to win events at your age

    For your age, 11secs or faster.
