When your computer starts up, press the key it says for startup options, usually F8, or F11. After that just choose the start in safe mode option.

    Hope this helps

Restart computer. When windows starts press F8. you will usually hear a beep. After the beep there will be a menu. Click Start Windows in Safe Mode.

It does not matter which windows you have. Every BIOS has its specific key to open advance menu Like mine is F8. Try the keys. you will get an option open windows in safe mode or start windows normally. Try it
