Florida Universities, philanthropy week? Do they know what it means?

I sell pull tabs to support Cub Scout camp outs in Upper Michigan. I don't get a dime. I sold 110,000 tabs to the U of Northern Florida, I was told they were being given away. I will admit that I shipped them by Fed Ex Ground, not Fed Ex Air, because there is a $130 difference, but in hindsight, the UNF expected AIR. I was at fault..

When I became aware of this, I refunded not only the difference, but have started to refund the total, including all shipping and fees and the original purchace price, Including selling my personal coin collection to speed up the process

Anyway, as these tabs arrived on a Friday Morning, and not a Thursday evening, they lost the contest they were involved in. They expect a refund, on something they were going to give away, which as I was originally at fault I was willing to correct. do  they actually understand philanthropy?

I do it for nothing, the University of Northern Florida only does it when there is a contest?

Florida fraternities and sororities get everything for free so they expect everyone to give them free stuff all the time.  They are nothing but the next generation of corrupt unethical CEO's and politicians.  Just like the Merrill Lynch and AIG execs that demand Billions of taxpayer dollars in bailout money but they want the U.S. gov't out of their business when they get caught giving out Billions in executive bonuses and perks.

I moved to Florida on a grant, guess I don't want to meet this particular frat. Philanthropy to me means 'to give freely, to expect anybody to tell a cub scout  he can not go to camp, even if you were at fault means that there is an ****,and a few college lawyer wannbe's in the mix
