How to intigrate four email IDs under one application software ?

Install the windows Live mail.

You can add many Accounts. Gmail,yahoo,hotmail...etc Simultaneously. You can access all the acounts right from your desktop.

I use Gmail for all of my email. It is able to check most email accounts. If you want it to check a Yahoo account too you'll need to upgrade the Yahoo to Yahoo Plus. You can check Gmail with both their webmail and with Mozilla Thunderbird. If you would like to try it our here are the directions that I used:

if they are all with one address e.g

i can check all of my gmail accounts because thunderbird and outlook only let you use one outgoing SMTP account.

not sure of any software that lets you check say, gmail & hotmail
