Here's a link of an artist named "Carl Kroch" on Amazon:

But there are other artists under that name "Kroch" in a Google search.
Otherwise I don't know anything about him/her.
When asking a question you should probably spell check or pay attention to your main question, a lot of people wouldn't give this question a second glance & is probably why you haven't had any other answers. I'd re-ask it as
"Who is this painter?" or "Can anyone tell me about the artist: Kroch"
