Why can't I climax when?

I had a tooth pulled and have been on pain killers. When I take the pain killers I cannot orgasm. Any ideas why??

    they numb all your nerves including the sensitive orgasmy ones

    Some medication can lower your sex drive... and your ability to orgasm. I experienced this my first month of birth control.
