How do I get from the SD border to LA?
Hi,
I need to get from the border between San Diego and Tijuana to LA (Anaheim, probably). What's the most reasonable way to do so without a car? I've been considering taking a bus or taxi to the train station and then the train (which is nicer than a bus in my opinion)... but is there a faster way?
Thanks!

If you follow the links below then you should have all the info you need. Start with the Amtrak link for departure times and station info. With that you can go to the SDCommute site and plan your trip from the border to the Amtrak station.
It is really helpful.

from San Ysidro (the border) you can take the trolley into San Diego
one of the stops is the Santa Fe /Amtrak/Coaster station
then you can take amtrak to los Angeles
(you could also take the Coaster to Oceanside then change to the metrolink to Los Angeles
if you wanted to save on some money)
