Do apples cause burps?

It seems to me that apples generally cause burps a bit afterward. Is this true and if so, why?

Apples seem airy... is that why?

Or is it some interaction in chemicals?

    any food u eat causes burps

    Air trapped in your belly causes burps. Eating too fast causes air. Some foods just ferment in the stomach acid and cause gas.
