Why does Paul Pierce have more Finals MVP's then Kobe & LeBron combined...?

Let me say this, there is no denying that te refs love to send pierce to the line, and i can't stand how he complains but that doesn't change the fact that he is a great player. However, if you honestly believe that Pierce is better than Kobe and Lebron than you are an idiot. yes he played great on the biggest stage in the nba, but he is not beter than kobe or lebron. Pierce's numbers without Garnett and Allen are nowhere near Kobe and Lebrons. Just look at the stats from 04-05, 05-06, and 06-07 seasons.

Pierce PPG-21,27,25

Lebron PPG-27,31,27

Kobe PPG-28,35,31

I chose these years because all 3 players were clearly the lone stars on their respective teams.

Your argument that Pierce is better because he wona finals mvp doesn't make alot of sense. You don't base players by 7 game series or even by a season, you have to look at the big picture.

I hate the Celtics and Paul Pierce but to answer your question, the Finals MVP goes to a player on the winning team, Lebron has never won a championship therefore he has 0 Finals MVP awards. And Kobe won all of his championships with Shaq and Shaq was a better player back then i still think they should have shared it all three times, or at least 2 of the three times.

But lakers are going all the way this year so Kobe will definitely get his first finals MVP

If I played for a team for 10 yrs, and I just got 2 of the best player to ever play for their position, it's pretty hard not to get an MVP.
