can i enter tha university of Miami straight outta high school ?

I doubt you can go straight in and take classes. They are very particular of who they accept and its rigorous process to even get accepted into their undergraduate class. I would make an appointment with them and discuss what you can do to improve your chances and they will more than likely look over your previous semester. But, I am almost sure they will ask you why you only completed one semester and how would they expect you to complete your semesters at their institution. UM is very expensive as well, so I hope you have means of paying for it. Good luck.
