Just be careful as the economy is not well grounded at this time. I definitely feel that the lenders are looking for folk to prey upon. Again, be very careful. As always, I wish you much success in your endeavors. Peace!

That sounds right to me. Vulture bankers have been preying on our carcasses for way to long.
