if im am non union and i supervise a job that is union am i entitled to scale wages?

i work in malls all across the country as a commercial supervisor. we up-fit all types of stores from gnc to spencer gifts motherhood maternity store. my question is we are a non union company and in some malls it is required that we hire all union workers. therefore i would supervise there work should i recieve union scale prevailing wage by law or does my company just pa what they regularly pay me? i make 21.50 per hr and will be supervising laborers that make more than me and the union skilled workers are making twice what i reciev?

Your company may be Non union , but you are hiring union workers and hence you have to pay them the wages as prescribed by Law.

Your relationship with your employer is guided by a contract and your payment is guided by the contract. Hence there is no contradiction.

Davis-Bacon only applys to Federal Contracts.

You are due what you agreed to not the rate of pay of people you may supervisor. No Federal Law was broken.
