I have brewed a couple of batches of beer and am wanting to make some more.washing and filling 12oz bottles is a great pain. any suggestions on containers with prove success that will hold up to the pressure.would screw on lid 1/2 gallon glass jugs work.or maybee mason jars ???? the lock top type are ok but way to expensive

i work in malls all across the country as a commercial supervisor. we up-fit all types of stores from gnc to spencer gifts motherhood maternity store. my question is we are a non union company and in some malls it is required that we hire all union workers. therefore i would supervise there work should i recieve union scale prevailing wage by law or does my company just pa what they regularly pay me? i make 21.50 per hr and will be supervising laborers that make more than me and the union skilled workers are making twice what i reciev?

i live in indiana and i work as a traveling superintendant for commercial construction. traveling all over the usa i am paid hourly.$21.50 plus perdium $25 for every day worked they foot the hotel bill. i use my tools, there van and they supply gas i usually work 60 hrs+ a week they say they dont have to pay overtime besause i we are in the interstate commerse act category iv read on it a little bit but i think its more for truck drivers i worked all last year and mad 47 thousand was gon and in a hotel 315 days i recieved no overtime should i be entitled to ot or should i be happy with what i am getting??

im tossing @ the idea of starting a small food establishment, selling pizza,wings,subs, pretty basic but i have aquired all my recipes i would like to use, the rent on the bldg space is 300 per month, i can get all cooking and cleaning supplies and first stock of food for @ 7000.00 what how much would you think all together for every thing business license, advertising,insurance and so on any help would be great! i have no degree in business and have never owned a business of my own any major pitfalls to watc for or maybee some good sites to learn from before i take this leap of faith
