dont play in indiana but im in the u.s. and have collected a few thousand cashing out from full tilt without any problems. i would say your in the clear if its under 10k or so anything more and youll prolly have to claim taxes, but again im not 100% your probably suppose to claim all your winnings but id say less than 1% actually do

Yes, its legal and you can collect the money, best deposit method is all access visa gift card which you can buy in stores, its easy to deposit with it into poker sites. WIthdrawing is with checks.
