Help me - trying to watch my puppy on an iSight built in Mac camera - why isn't it working?
Hi. I'm trying to use iChat to watch my pup while I'm at work. I set up my Mac Book Air so the camera is pointing at him and I logged into iChat. Then I went to work and logged into iChat. (I have two different iChat accounts, and they are friends with each other.)
The problem is that by the time I got to work, my home iChat account was idle, so I wasn't able to do the video chat to watch my pup!
Is there a better way to do this? I just want to see what he's up to.

P.S.
My work computer is an iMac, and I think they are running the same version of iChat.

maybe there has to be someone moving the mouse occasionally to shop it going into idle mode (like a screensaver)
