Hover over "Hi, YOURNAME" at the top of this page and select "Account Info". That is where the Yahoo Account can be changed.
For Yahoo Answers....
Click on your avatar or "My Profile" and then "Edit My Info". You can also use this direct link: http://answers.yahoo.com/my/my_edit
On this page you can change your nickname, pick your avatar, start and stop email, hide and unhide q&a in your profile, change notification email address, activate IM, and a few other preferences.

If the name you want to change is included in your account ID, you cannot change it. You will have to cancel the account and open a new one with the new information and password.
If not, you can go to, then click on: Options / mail options / account information; and change the info there.

On your address bar, type in yahoo.com/login and type in your current e-mail adress and password. In the upper right hand corner, it will say account settings, and you can click on it. If it isn't there, click on mail, and on the upper right hand corner, it will be there.
